All products are made to order and customised specifically for you once your purchase is complete.
Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:
- Incorrect sizing
- Change of mind
- Ordering the wrong item
As these items are customised, they are exempt from standard return rights under UK consumer regulations.
Please ensure you check the size guide carefully before placing your order.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

- A clear photo of the issue
Items are considered faulty if they arrive damaged, misprinted, or significantly different from the product description.
We will offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
