Meet Trudy

This week we introduce you to Trudy. Trudy is someone who has successfully worked her way through the 8 steps that make up the Never Too Old to Lift eBook.

An upcoming trip from Australia to the US to see her grandson gave Trudy all the motivation she needed to get started with strength training.

How Trudy got Started with Strength Training

In the video below Trudy tells us how she started strength training after following the 8 steps found in the Never Too Old to Lift eBook.

Getting started in the middle of lockdown created its own challenges with gyms being closed. This meant the need to workout from home.

The increase in demand for home gym equipment, caused the prices to inflate significantly. Trudy got creative, using bottles, sand and water to create the external resistance required to build strength.

After committing to the process within the eBook Trudy was able to play with her grandson without worrying about feeling exhausted. Not only that, she was able to move and lift suitcases without any problems with her back at all.

Are you inspired to get started?

Do you want to feel stronger and continue to enjoy an active lifestyle as you get older?

It is not too late for you to start resistance training!!

The Never Too Old to Lift eBook will guide you through the process of creating a 12-week strength training program. This will be one that takes into account your current ability level as well as any injuries/conditions.
