You may have seen from my social media recently that I have some exciting news.

In September my wife will start a new role at Birmingham Children’s Hospital. This means we are currently planning our move from Salisbury up to Birmingham.

As a result, I have decided to start working for myself and have set up Chris Tiley Physiotherapy.

As you may have guessed from this blog, I am passionate about introducing strength training to those lacking the confidence to start. In order to continue to do this in my job as a physiotherapist, I have been looking for a clinic to work out of that has all the facilities and equipment required to do so.

I have finally found somewhere that is perfect and has everything I was hoping for with regards to equipment. It also has some great additional bits of kit which I can’t wait to use, I’ll introduce you to these in another post.

The clinic is Movement Therapy Clinic in Harborne, Birmingham.

I couldn’t wait till September to get started so I have decided to start travelling up to Harborne a couple of days a week before we move up.

So as off this week I will be working the following hours.

  • Tuesday 12:00-20:00
  • Wednesday 08:00-16:00

When we move up in September I will increase my hours and I will have more flexibility.
